Do you know GOA got independence from Portuguese on 19 December 1961 ?

            Goa is one of the most beautiful and attractive places in India. Goa is coastal state, it attracts mainly the foreign tourists....... 

        

                Goa people did many movements against Portuguese rule. India got independence on 15 august 1947 from British rule but Goa is under of Portuguese until India did an military attack. India try to brings pressure on Portuguese to give control on Goa, India stopped transportation, and supply of goods to Goa in the part of non cooperation. But Portuguese did trade on sea route.

                

                India try to get GOA without violence (non violence) but Portuguese try to create a bad name India is dangerous country to world. 

                At finally India did an military operation namely "operation vijay" on 19 December 1961. Portuguese lose the war and control on Goa. 

                

                From on that date (19 December 1961) most beautiful Goa is a part of India.

            Everyone knows INDIA got independence on 15-8-1947. At that time Kashmir is an independent state which is under control of Maharaja Hari Singh. Pakistan decided to occupy Kashmir and did an army attack. Maharaja find an option to stop that Pakistan attacks that is take help for india. india agreed to help maharaja with conditions (merge Kashmir into India...). Maharaja accept India's condition but with some conditions  (separate constitution for Kashmir.....etc). India stopped the Pakistan army but some part is occupied by Pakistan, now it is in Pakistan. At finally Kashmir is a part of india.
