HOW TO COOK RICE

INGREDIANTS

1.cup rice — white or brown 
2.2 cups water 
3.1/2 teaspoon salt(optional)
4.1 tablespoon butter or oil (optional)


EASY PROCESS/COOKING

  • Rinse your rice with water for removing dust particles(only once)
  • Take a vessel and pour 2 cups of water and add 1cup of rice
  • Soak the rice for 15 to 30 mins
  • Now put the vessel on stove at medium heat level
  • Wait until the rice water bubbles up
  • Now reduce the heat level
  • Wait for 10 mins (until all the water evaporated and you observe the steam)
  • Turn off the stove the ultimate rice is ready 



NOTE;- if u don't need don't add salt and butter/oil.

HOW TO MAKE IRANI CHAI/TEA IN SIMPLE 3 STEPS ?

















INGREDIENTS

. Entire pure milk - 4 cups.
. Khoya/Mawa/Milk made (Nestle Milkmaid) - 4 Tbl Spoons.
. Sugar to taste obviously, general measure - 2 tsp sugar. (On the off chance that utilizing milkmaid then should be more careful with sugar).
. Tea Powder - 2 Tsp (if u require more include more tea powder).
. Water.

PROCESS/METHOD
STEP-1
Make decoction by adding 3 cups of water to tea powder in a vessel. Cover that vessel with plate or cap. Boil it for 30 minutes. Finally it should become half cup of filtered decoction.

STEP-2
On another burner, boil 4 cups of milk till it is reduced to 1.5 cup. Now add 4 tb sp of khoya/mawa/milkmade. Boil it till khoya mixes with the milk completely and makes it thick. Blend it often so it blends with milk quickly.


STEP-3
Now this is the time to add the half cup of filtered decoction to milk(which we made in step2) thus making it the great 2 cups of world famous hyderabadi irani chai\tea.
